    3. Read with: KindergartenThey were a little antsy today so they didn't enjoy it as much as they could have. It may have been a bit long. Will try reading it with my grade 1s Friday.

    4. THIS BOOK COMES WITH A WHOLE PAGE OF PINKALICIOUS STICKERS.I like that Pinkalicious is a child in a traditional family and that they talk to each other, listen, and help each other out. When there is a problem, Pinkalicious works within rules and parameters to come to a reasonable solution, rather than outright rebellion and being spoiled. She thinks of others and is respectful to all.A big storm knocks out the power in Pinkville the night before Halloween and the Mayor announces on the radio th [...]

    6. Pinkalicious dresses up as superheroine, Pinkagirl, and sets forth to do her best to save Halloween for everyone in Pinkville. She ends up doing extremely well.I listened to this book on YouTube, and you can, too.youtube/watch?v=vCMGf

    7. A feminist dream! Young girl saves the day, mayor is a woman, scene with dad sweeping while mom reads newspaper. Love it! The power outage due to a storm is just dramatic enough a scenario to require a superheroine.

    8. This story is about Pinkalicious and she doesn't want Halloween to be canceled when the electricity goes out in the town. She thinks of an idea and goes to see the mayor and she broadcasts her idea to save to Halloween. (Review by Taylor)

    9. After a big storm the power is out and the mayor says that trick or treating is too dangerous but Pinkalicious comes up with a plan to save Halloween.

    10. My four-year-old daughter's favorite Halloween book this year. I like how the story encourages ingenuity and courage.
