    1. I liked the premise of this diet, the only draw back is the love of solid foods! It's a lot of smoothie like drinks that incorporate Chia, I would have liked a more robust set of recipes on cooking real food with Chia seeds. I do appreciate that this can be catered to your life, unlike the crazier diets where you much deprive yourself of all manner of sinful foods.     2. I am using the basic ideas of this diet. For me, I like it because I have finally found a way to eat green vegetables. And it is supposed to reduce inflammation. Other benefits it is supposed to confer are steady energy without ups and downs and weight loss. The part that I am following is chia smoothies with lots of vegetables, plus fruit and other protein and liquid.
